I am not aware of restrictions when applying for Residencia....... if you are here permanently, can demonstrate income and health cover cover, you can apply as soon as you "move" here......

Do you have to wait 90 days before applying for residency or can you apply before? I have applied recently and received a Padron certificate and want to move to the next step, residency, hence my question.
Also, if it is 90 days and I could produce something from my tenancy in another part of Spain previously would that get me started?
