Seniors Festival: A special event for people over 50, discover it!

Hello!

I'm sorry if there are any confusions, wine tastings always have these prices, because they are definitely not Lidl's wines! I'll attach a pdf with the programme so you can see all the wine categories showcased.

It's a 3 days event, which means 3 days of wine tastings and cocktails. There is a catering service and many extras included in that price. It's quite an standard price to be fair, as you can see all the prices of the activities are as reduced as we possibly could.

The wine tasting sounded good....3.5 hours of it....until I saw the price...370€ per person....that's 740€ for 2 of us.
Surely this can not be right, is it?
You can wipe the entire wine stock in Lidl's for that money and will last a little longer than 3.5 hours.

There are some activities which are being organised quite near! These are:

- Wine Tasting (Vera - Restaurante Terraza Carmona): 3 days of wine tasting competition, with snacks/supper each day. Really fun!

- Clay pigeon shooting (Vera - Club de Tiro) : On Sunday 23rd. This activity is also opened to people under 50! (But seniors are being given priority).

SENIOR INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL 2016 IN ALMERIA

What is SIF Andalucía?
SIF Seniors International Festival is an international, multidisciplinary sports and cultural event for young people over 50 years old that will take place in Almeria from the 14th to the 22nd of October 2016. This event is organised by ASIAL (Asociación de Seniors Internacional) and IFES, in collaboration with national and international public and private institutions.
There are different ways you can participate in this Festival:

1.   Senior Olympics: Up to 20 different competitions to show your passion and know-how.
2.   Themed activities: Discover and enjoy from the many offered activities.
3.   Andalusia Tour: Go on holidays! Take a tour of Andalusia, and discover new regions.
Some examples of the competitions and activities that will take place in the Festival are:
•   Golf: Test your golf skills in a four days tournament in the best golf courses of Almeria (Playa Serena, Aguilón, Almerimar, Alborán)
-   Clay Pigeon Shooting: Three days to show your best abilities in the Olympic Shooting Club of Vera.
-   Dancing: A dance competition for couples. Different types: Rumba Bolera, Salsa, Tango, Waltz, Chachacha, Bachata. Love any of these? Come dance with us!
-   Bridge: Two days tournament, with the chance of playing every day of the week!
-   Photography: Different categories: Photographs of Almeria, Black and White, and the Senior International Festival!
-   Gastronomy: Four days exploring regional recipes, starting with some tapas, then some recipes from Almeria, Andalusian food, and on the last day a chef will come to share his famous dishes.
-   Yoga: Bring your inner yogi to these four days yoga sessions at the beach in Almeria.
-   Hiking: Three marvellous hiking routes through the region of Almeria. There will be explanations and historical facts for everybody.

But that’s not all! We will have an opening and closing ceremony, as well as many events and spectacles every day of the Festival.
