We have had tapas that was not hot all the way through from other bars and just got them re heated.  No problem. I had waited an hour for the cod so did not want to chance sending it back for re heating.   I fully understand that market day they will be busy but that should not be an excuse for bad service.  Never had to walk away from a bar after waiting over an hour for a bit of cheese on bread that we still never got even asking twice more for it.  And we asked politely.

Where is this bar?  Was it very busy as it is market day?  Tapas often come cold in the middle.  If they only have one microwave and multiple orders it is difficult for the waiting staff.   We have frequently had to send back Tapas for more heat in Meson bar and El Castillo in Arboleas.  Also waited 20 minutes for cold tapas before now.  The Spanish don't hurry life.  Sit and enjoy the view.

Four of us went to Albox market this morning and when we finished our shopping we went to Le Teora for drinks and tapas.  Ordered and waited for drinks, 10 minutes and three of us had drinks 10 minutes later 2 of our 6 tapas arrived and reminded waitress about the missing 4th drink.  This arrived after a further 6 minutes.  20 minutes later another 2 tapas arrived.  We reminded the waitress about the other 2 missing tapas and the tostado which had been ordered.  Finally received last 2 tapas,  cod which was cold in middle and mushrooms which were dry and still had dirt on them.   Cheese tostado was a no show.  Went and paid bill,  then crossed over road to another bar and ordered tostado which arrived on table shortly after.  Guess where we won't be going again!!!!!
