Our experience of Prosegur, which we had installed some 5 months ago, has been good and about 20% cheaper than Securitas Direct. They all charge a fee on installation as you are in effect buying their equipment.
As with insurance companies, you only find out how good a company is in the event of a claim.  We found Security Direct were putting up their charges and reducing their maintenance service.  When we did have an incident we were not impressed. If you're looking for peace of mind, change to Prosegur.  If you're looking for a bargain, tell Securitas Direct you want their system uninstalled as you can no longer afford their charges. They will drop their monthly charge quite dramatically.

We used them in our apartment in Torrevieja but his was 13 years ago. Found them to be efficient but did not have a break in so could not find their response times etc. Why not contact them through a PM as they state in their advert and they can then email you details of cost etc.... http://www.arboleas.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=105095.0

Has anyone used this company??? I would like some unbiased reviews on it because we are thinking of changing.
At the moment we are using Securitas Direct. Their monthly payments have been creeping up.   You also lay out a hefty installation fee - so we don't want to have to do this with the new company.
Just need to know about their reliability, monthly payments, initial cost etc.
