If not next to Collin, then try Can Connect in Albox, he unlocked mine a couple of years ago.

Hi There ,

Im asking for a friend who has inadvertantly managed to lock his Samsung phone , anyone know we he can get it unlocked please ?
The subject has been covered before ,but the newest post was 2015 so may not still be trading .
