I'm sure I have seen it in Eroski (Lorca) and Leroy Merlin but suspect that you can get it from Belzunces Ferreteria in H-O or even some service stations.  I think it's called parafina líquida.

A few years ago I wanted some paraffin, and found something very similar, brand name: 'Sol Plus Gold', with a description, 'combustible especial para estufas', in a ferreteria in Granada while passing through. It isn't exactly the same as the paraffin we know & love in Britain, but not far off.
I've never needed to look for it around here; hopefully a local ferreteria will have it?
