We've just viewed a villa that we love but it doesn't have a pool.

Does anyone know if there are problems getting permission to put one in?

Town Hall would be my first port of call, they would be the people giving you the permissions and should offer advice regarding Architects Plans etc.

Ditto do not listen to anything that an agent says. Arboleas Town Hall is the place to go !

Hi,
Go into the Town Hall and speak to one of the councillors. They will give you all the info on wether it's legal or not and the building licences needed.
