Self Hypnosis Classes

Does anyone know anything about the Self Hypnosis Classes that are starting up at Girasol????  I've heard that
they might be starting in Jan - but don't know anything else about them.
After Christmas and New Year - I thought it might be an idea to go along and find out how to improve myself!!!!!
Anyway - any info would be gratefully received.
