I would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks to all those kind people supporting us by using the shop and making donations. We couldn't function without you, thank you.


May I just remind forumers that we do not monitor the forum so we will not see posting queries. Occasionally a helpful person will put a posting in our dedicated area to assist, but is not always there to forward PMs.   Also PMs are anonymous communications which are not liked.


We cannot deal with forum communications efficiently and it is not a good way to try contact us.  We provide phone and email which really is sufficient. Monitoring the forum would use volunteers that are better used elsewhere.


We have a website with lots of information, the FAQs particularly. We add information and update as time allows. If you have questions or worries please look there first, if that doesn't help then please email and allow us time to answer. We work with limited facilities and manpower.
