Ipad mini problem

Or, as I had a problem on the ipad with facebook, I deleted it then reinstalled it. May be worth a try with facetime.

Many thanks for your help.  I switched it all off and back on again and it still did not ring when put in the sleep mode. Further research is required

The only suggestion I have is resetting the ipad.
Hold the "Home" button down, together with the "On/Off" switch until it goes off completely. (The Apple icon will appear after about 2 minutes)
Log in again as normal

Apologies - should have mentioned that I have "everyone" selected .

I think, in sleep mode, all sounds are automatically turned off, so as not to disturb?

Go into Settings
Go into Do Not Disturb
Look for Allow Incoming Calls From
Select Everyone
This should allow calls from FaceTime

My ipad mini used to ring when a face time call came through.  Since the last update it does not ring when in sleep mode.
Have checked that ringer button is not showing orange and the side switch is switched to "mute" in General
Any help would be appreciated as I am missing calls.
