Why don't you copy, then put it into the google translator it will be as good a translation as a manual then print it out, I have done this on many occasions

Lots of manufacturers use several differant brand names for the same item, for differant companies/ countries ect.
Try this, www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/buying-advice/all-appliancies/2633-what-is-in-a-name you'll have to type this into google search to save you having to search for it on the site.
The brand name Balay is among several others, Thermador/Coldex/ Continental/ Ufesa/Lynx ect.
At least one of them will probably have a download for your oven, just under a differant name.
