Hi dinkydoo Thank you for your interest in our apartment. It is in the quiet coastal village of Cala El Calón whose residents comprise of all nationalities. It is close to Villaricos and San Juan where you will find all the amenities you require.
It has 2 beds 1 bath a large living area totalling 70m2 plus a 30m2 terrace with sea view. It is in a small community with pool. Our apartment is just a stones' throw away from the natural beach.
We have now reduced the price to €69,950 as we would like a quick sale so of course we are open to offers.
Community fees are €48 per month at present but this includes €15 towards the painting fund. The community is to be painted early 2018 which will then reduce the community fees.
