Tried the Thai tapas at the bar in the Montemar Shopping Mall at Mojacar today, it was very good and the lady chef is actually Thai so very authentic.
We had Fried Rice, Chilli and Garlic Chicken, Ribs and a sort of curry pasty, all were really good. There is no menu but she will cook anything if you ask.
Not sure what the bar/restaurant is called but the Montemar Shopping Mall is a few doors up from the Mercadona in Mojacar, not much else in it though, no shops as far as I could see but it has a snooker hall downstairs.

This is the same lady who used to have the kiosk bar on the entry to parque commercial. It was always good there.
I agree. Excellent authentic Thai food and good portions too.
